Seats may be secured with a deposit or full tuition. When there is a balance due it must be paid at least eight weeks prior to a course start date for the seat to remain secure. Deposits and tuition are non-refundable. If a written request to transfer deposits and/or tuition to a new course date is received at least eight (8) weeks prior to the course start date for which an individual or group is registered, there is no additional fee. If a written request to transfer deposits and/or tuition to a new course date is received within eight (8) weeks prior to the course start date for which an individual or group is registered, a transfer fee is required.
