Extraordinary Learning’s Facilitation Development Programs are immersive experiences. Lori and Phil have almost fifty years of combined experience facilitating, leading and coaching in a variety of arenas.
What you learn will stick. In this program it is easy to have belly-laughing fun while learning. Learn, first hand, what it takes to be an excellent facilitator, coach and teacher in the field of emotional intelligence.
Competencies that are not taught elsewhere and that go beyond intellectual expertise are taught in the Facilitation Development Program.
Graduates are eligible to facilitate introductory sessions for Twenty First Century Leadership and assist in Twenty First Century Leadership.
An ongoing coaching relationship may be established following a Facilitation Development Program that is shaped according to how you want to represent yourself as a facilitator, coach, and/or mentor.
Twenty First Century Leadership is a pre-requisite.
