Choosing a coach is no different from making a choice about whom you want as an accountant, a lawyer or a doctor. It is a choice based on how skilled you assess the coach to be and how much you trust him or her. Leaders who get the best results are those who hold their coach in high regard and keep commitments made during the coaching sessions, if for no reason other than to keep their word to their coach. Following are the requisites for Lori or Phil to work with you as your coach:
Expect to experience clarity, inspiration, encouragement, support and challenge during coaching sessions. Expect to be highly productive and create more of the results that matter to you on an accelerated basis. While consultants give answers, Lori and Phil listen, ask questions, and encourage clients to lead themselves. As a result, our coaching clients make smart choices based on what they know is right for them. Coaching works for a wide variety of people, professions, and situations. While some coaches offer in-person coaching, this is not necessary for our 21st Century Leadership Graduates to get desired results. Phil and Lori are virtual leadership coaches while in-person coaching takes place in the program room at 21st Century Leadership, and at customized in-house leadership initiatives. |

Three Top Reasons For Hiring A Coach:1. To have an advantage others do not – someone who is 100% on your team. "Those who believe in our ability do more than stimulate us. They create for us an atmosphere in which it becomes easier to succeed." 2. To be on the fast track closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be. "Behind an able person there are always other able people." 3. People who are truly working with their coaches achieve more, faster. "Onlookers have a clearer view, from the outside looking in, than those purely focused on playing the game. A player is most effective following his/her coach’s advice, trusting the coach to give honest feedback that contributes to any necessary course correction." |
